The residential complex “Architects` residences” is located in Basmanny District of Moscow Central Administrative District between Rubtsovskaya Embankment and Bolshaya Pochtovaya Street.

The architectural design of the project was developed by ABV Group architectural studio run by Nikita Biryukov, a member of the Union of Architects of Russia. Rectangular residential buildings varying from 4 to 17 floors are located in three parallel lines, forming two closed courtyards and a central pedestrian boulevard created by Art. Lebedev Studio. The stylistics of the pedestrian zone will be carried out in the principle of geometry, rhythm, light and shadow`s transformation, and a combination of pure textures and materials. The boulevard will become an open space for visitors, while future residents will be able to choose what they prefer: to enjoy walks along the busy pedestrian zone or to have time on their own in the closed courtyards.

Residential project’s own infrastructure includes a kindergarten, retail and office premises, restaurants and cafes. Residents will have an opportunity to store their vehicles in the underground parking.

For the convenience of the citizens, the Moscow Government are building a new pedestrian bridge across the Yauza River, that will connect Architects` residences, Rubtsovskaya and Semenovskaya embankments.
