“Brow Up! & Make Up” will launch a new studio on the 2th floor of “AFIMALL City” in September.
“Brow Up! & Make Up” – is a new beauty-studio that provides express services in eyebrows and eyelashes design and coloring. All specialists are certified by “Brow Up! & Make Up” brand, they work on the professional American cosmetics Billion Dollar Brows. The most popular treatment in studio is “Eyebrow Design” and it costs 650 rubles. All the procedures are available for both women and men.
